Location: On-site in Maadi, Cairo, Egypt

What you will do
- Oversee and coordinate on-site construction activities according to design specifications and project requirements.
- Review drawings and specifications and ensure compliance by the site team.
- Monitor construction progress, conduct site inspections, and report updates to stakeholders.
- Coordinate with architects, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to resolve construction issues.
- Prepare daily site reports and documentation.
- Track project expenditures, identify cost-saving opportunities, and support subcontractor selection and management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in site engineering or construction management.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety protocols, and building codes.
- Experience with project management software and tools.
- Strong communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
Nice to have
- Proficiency in both English and Arabic.
