Service Engineer

What you will do

• Plan, monitor, and audit monthly preventive maintenance activities across all equipment.
• Monitor corrective maintenance, breakdowns, repair activities, and troubleshooting coverage.
• Analyze maintenance and breakdown reports and prepare action plans to improve equipment reliability.
• Coordinate with clients on operational support, contractual requirements, property damage claims, and service meetings.
• Monitor spare parts consumption, estimate requirements, identify alternatives, and prepare client reports.
• Develop technician training plans, review daily reports, and coordinate service support with stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• At least 1 year of experience in site engineering.
• Ability to use specialized measuring and monitoring equipment and computer-based software.
• Ability to complete projects independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple tasks.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build professional relationships with employees, clients, supervisors, departments, and external stakeholders.
