What you will do
- Supervise daily on-site construction activities according to project plans, specifications, schedules, and budgets.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and site personnel to resolve issues and delays.
- Monitor workmanship and materials to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Maintain daily site reports covering progress, safety incidents, and resource utilization.
- Assist with labor scheduling and material deliveries to support timely project execution.
- Promote safety awareness and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in construction supervision or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety standards, and quality control.
- Leadership, communication, team management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and read blueprints and construction drawings.
