EHS Specialist

What you will do

• Implement and continuously improve the Siemens O&M EHS program at the power plant.
• Report to the EHS Manager on safety compliance, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Lead and mentor EHS technicians and promote a strong safety culture.
• Conduct risk reviews, compliance audits, internal assessments, and regular site inspections.
• Develop and deliver EHS training supporting hazard assessments and accident investigations.
• Monitor compliance with applicable safety legislation and resolve issues promptly.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in occupational health and safety, preferably in power generation.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in science or engineering.
• Experience with health and safety management systems, risk assessments, and safety measures.
• Strong communication skills for training sessions and professional meetings.
• Careful documentation and inspection practices with a focus on compliance.

Nice to have

• ISO 45001 certification.
• NEBOSH IGC certification.
