What you will do

• Manage and lead EHS programs, including industrial hygiene, hazard communication, and safety audits.
• Conduct risk assessments and environmental evaluations aligned with ISO 45001 standards.
• Perform workplace exposure monitoring for chemical, physical, and environmental hazards.
• Investigate accidents and incidents to identify root causes and implement preventive actions.
• Coordinate with contractors to ensure EHS compliance during construction and facility projects.
• Develop and deliver training programs on emergency procedures and workplace safety.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Hygiene, Occupational Safety, Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in EHS roles.
• Proficiency in conducting risk assessments, exposure monitoring, and safety audits.
• Familiarity with ISO 45001 and relevant regional EHS regulations.
• Technical expertise in recognizing, evaluating, and controlling occupational hazards.

Nice to have

• Experience in semiconductor or industrial manufacturing environments.
• Professional certifications such as SHO, RPO, or other environmental competencies.
• Experience with root cause analysis and corrective action planning.
• Proficiency in data analysis and presenting findings to stakeholders.
