Associate Financial Advisor - Laval

Location: On-site full-time in Laval, Quebec, at 1170 Blvd Le Corbusier; flexibility to work at multiple banking centres within a reasonable travel distance is required.

What you will do

• Advise personal and small business clients on financial, investment, credit, and banking solutions.
• Develop forward-looking financial plans and ensure client needs are addressed.
• Manage a portfolio of mortgage clients and deepen client relationships.
• Build networks through outreach, community events, and banking centre activities.
• Identify growth opportunities through outbound calls and referrals to specialist partners.
• Introduce clients to mobile banking applications and digital banking tools.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience providing financial advice and achieving sales results through advice-based conversations.
• Current accreditation and good standing under the Mutual Funds License through the Canadian Securities Course or Investment Funds in Canada.
• Eligibility for CIRO-MFD licensing.
• Legally eligible to work in Canada and, where applicable, able to provide a valid work or study permit.
• Ability to work banking centre hours, including evenings and weekends, and at multiple nearby locations.
• Client-focused, goal-oriented, detail-oriented, collaborative, and committed to trust, teamwork, and accountability.

• Current accreditation and good standing in CFSA (Certificate of Financial Services Advice).
