Senior Product Manager Trust and Safety (Fintech)

What you will do

• Define and drive a multi-market Trust & Safety strategy covering fraud detection, prevention, and customer conversion.
• Own the product lifecycle for fraud prevention and risk management systems across hirify.global markets.
• Partner with Engineering and Data Science to deliver ML-powered decisioning, AI investigation agents, rule engines, monitoring, and alerting tools.
• Design low-friction identity verification, step-up authentication, and device intelligence experiences.
• Prioritize emerging fraud patterns, including identity fraud, device manipulation, synthetic identities, deepfakes, and agentic attacks.
• Define metrics, build dashboards, run experiments, and align Engineering, Data Science, Fraud Operations, Legal, Compliance, and country GMs.

Requirements

• 6+ years of product management experience, including 2–3 years in fraud, risk, Trust & Safety, or payments within fintech or another regulated, high-scale platform.
• Experience shipping fraud prevention or risk management products that reduced losses while protecting conversion.
• Technical fluency in ML model performance, AI/LLM applications, API design, data pipelines, and real-time decisioning.
• Hands-on SQL and dashboard-building skills with a data-driven approach to product decisions.
• Experience leading cross-functional execution with Engineering, Data Science, Operations, and Compliance teams in a global environment.
• Strong prioritization across multiple markets and competing urgencies.

Nice to have

• Fraud experience in Latin America, Africa, or Southeast Asia.
• Experience with fraud prevention tools such as Sift, Arkose Labs, or Sardine.
• Background in device intelligence, behavioral biometrics, identity verification, or ML-based fraud detection.
• Experience applying AI/LLM agents to fraud operations workflows.
• Knowledge of AML and KYC regulations; Spanish fluency.
