NPI Senior Engineer (Fluid Management)

Location: Wonju-si, Gangwon-do, South Korea; the role supports the Munmak and Jangan manufacturing sites.

What you will do

• Transfer new fluid handling and packaging products from R&D and new product development teams into manufacturing.
• Create and maintain control plans and FMEAs, and design, execute, and statistically analyze validation and qualification protocols.
• Develop manufacturing plans covering site selection, materials, chemical and waste planning, capacity ramp-up, and cost roadmaps.
• Support equipment and fixture design, commissioning, process scale-up, cycle-time and yield optimization.
• Set up SAP, SPC, and LIMS systems, including bills of material, routings, costing, and testing requirements.
• Create manufacturing documentation, train operations personnel and junior NPI engineers, and track project deliverables in Accolade.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering or materials science.
• Experience transferring products from development into manufacturing.
• Experience with high-purity fluid handling and packaging products.
• Hands-on ability to work with equipment and products, learn new concepts quickly, and take ownership of assigned work.
• Strong collaboration, communication, documentation, technical writing, and cross-functional influencing skills.
• Strong English language skills required.
