Quality Specialist (Manufacturing)

Location: Ochang, South Korea; onsite manufacturing environment

What you will do

• Support and lead quality activities for manufacturing and inspection processes, procedures, and requirements.
• Participate in internal, third-party, and customer audits, as well as corrective action and continuous improvement activities.
• Create, maintain, and use SAP and MES/QDS data systems for quality tracking, trend analysis, and performance metrics.
• Prepare customer documentation packages, including first articles, PPAPs, certifications, customer forms, and physical property reports.
• Create metrology programs and lead measurement system analysis, validation, verification, troubleshooting, and calibration activities.
• Maintain quality documentation, lead training on metrology and inspection operations, and support work transfers and IQ/OQ/PQ activities.

Requirements

• High school diploma required; an associate degree or higher is preferred.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing quality environment.
• Knowledge of inspection procedures, specifications, technical drawings, standard measuring devices, and manufacturing fundamentals.
• Experience with Keyence, OGP, optical equipment programming, and/or nondestructive testing capabilities.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.
• Experience with quality management systems and internal auditing is preferred.
