Junior Manufacturing Quality Engineer

What you will do

• Monitor manufacturing quality performance and identify product, process, material, and supplier-related risks.
• Investigate quality issues through data analysis and structured problem-solving methods.
• Support containment, root cause analysis, corrective action planning, and effectiveness verification.
• Improve quality procedures, inspection standards, work instructions, control plans, and manufacturing quality processes.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, supplier quality, service teams, and suppliers to resolve issues.
• Support supplier and incoming material quality improvements, audits, risk assessments, reporting, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Applied Physics, or a comparable technical discipline.
• Typically 3–5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing quality, process engineering, product quality, supplier quality, or quality assurance.
• Hands-on experience with manufacturing or supplier quality issues, data analysis, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Working knowledge of 8D, FMEA, SPC, QC tools, nonconformance management, and ISO 9001.
• Ability to interpret quality data, manage priorities, and drive actions to verified closure.
• Professional working proficiency in Korean and English is required.
