What you will do
- Develop and implement the global EHS strategy for the Offshore Execution organization.
- Lead Zero Harm culture, visible safety leadership, coaching, talent development, and continuous learning.
- Oversee EHS planning and execution across offshore projects, construction, marine operations, fabrication, and support functions.
- Manage EHS governance, compliance, audits, inspections, risk controls, and contractor and subcontractor performance.
- Analyze HSE data and trends, investigate significant incidents, and ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented.
- Engage with senior leaders, customers, suppliers, regulators, internal teams, and industry bodies on EHS performance and requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in environmental science, occupational health and safety, engineering, or a related discipline.
- Extensive progressive EHS experience, including significant senior leadership experience managing global or regional functions.
- Experience in the energy, construction, or heavy industry sector; offshore operations exposure is preferred.
- Expertise in EHS management systems, international regulatory compliance, risk assessment and management, incident investigation, and root-cause analysis.
- Strong strategic planning, executive leadership, change management, global operations management, stakeholder management, business acumen, communication, and influencing skills.
