Personal Lines Private Client Account Executive (Insurance)

Location: Rye Brook, New York, United States; on-site presence required

Salary: $80,000–$120,000 per year

What you will do

• Develop and maintain trusted-advisor relationships with private clients and serve as the primary contact for personal insurance.
• Review client assets, exposures, loss experience, and current coverage, then recommend appropriate insurance products and services.
• Provide proactive day-to-day service and communicate changes in insurance programs and market conditions.
• Manage renewals, maximize client retention, and identify cross-sell opportunities.
• Coordinate with carriers, underwriters, marketing representatives, assistants, accounting, claims, and producers.
• Resolve complex service or coverage issues and maintain accurate client and policy records in EPIC.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of personal lines insurance experience, preferably with high-net-worth or private clientele.
• Property and Casualty (P&C) license.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, deadline management, customer service, and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfort with an on-site work presence in Rye Brook, New York.
