Sr. Program Management Specialist (Business Intelligence)

What you will do

• Design and maintain dashboards for key metrics and analyze customer data to support service excellence.
• Investigate data-driven root causes, propose evidence-based solutions, and communicate business impact.
• Lead operational improvement projects that enhance customer and partner-team experiences.
• Translate ambiguous business problems into analytical requirements and actionable recommendations.
• Work with cross-functional teams, program stakeholders, sub-teams, and subject-matter experts to implement process improvements.
• Track multiple projects within the program roadmap and ensure delivery against timelines.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data or business analysis, preferably in e-commerce or marketplace operations.
• Experience building SQL queries is required.
• Intermediate or advanced experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• English speaking and writing skills are required.
• Ability to communicate goals, responsibilities, success metrics, and outcomes to cross-functional teams.
• Ability to independently investigate issues, develop data-supported solutions, and manage stakeholder projects.

Nice to have

• Operational experience in the e-commerce industry.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Korean language skills.
