Regional People Partner

Location: Onsite at Denver International Airport (DEN), United States; anticipated travel of up to 50%

Salary: $120,000–$140,000 annual base salary, depending on skills and experience

What you will do

• Partner with Airport Operations leaders across the region and advise them on complex people matters.
• Coach station leaders and managers through training, feedback, recognition, and difficult decisions.
• Manage employee and labor relations cases, including investigations, root-cause analysis, and fair, consistent resolutions.
• Use employee data, survey results, and frontline feedback to develop actionable recommendations.
• Partner with People and Operations on onboarding, process improvements, and consistent People practices across stations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of HR or People Business Partner experience.
• Experience supporting hourly or frontline teams and handling complex employee relations matters.
• Ability to build trust with operational leaders and coach them through challenging decisions.
• Strong data interpretation, prioritization, communication, judgment, and empathy skills.
• Ability to work onsite at Denver International Airport and travel up to 50%.
