Supervisor, Accounts Payable

What you will do

• Own and optimize accounts payable processes, documentation, policies, and automation initiatives.
• Lead strategic projects from inception to completion, including cross-functional and cross-regional initiatives.
• Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders to improve AP processes and efficiency.
• Provide AP expertise, mentoring, coaching, and operational support to the team.
• Define, review, and improve KPIs, targets, and benchmarking practices for the AP function.
• Manage a mid-sized team through delegation, performance management, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Strong leadership, mentoring, coaching, and team management skills.
• Experience owning accounts payable processes and driving process improvements.
• Ability to lead strategic, cross-functional, and cross-regional projects.
• Strong stakeholder communication and relationship management skills.
• Ability to manage KPIs, challenge targets, and apply benchmarking to improve performance.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Penang, Malaysia.
