What you will do
- Manage timelines and processes for new business and insurance renewal accounts.
- Analyze client exposures and loss data, prepare quote specifications, and negotiate coverage terms.
- Prepare property and casualty insurance submissions, applications, exposure schedules, loss summaries, and proposal presentations.
- Review insurance policies and contracts, identify coverage gaps, and provide strategic recommendations.
- Collaborate with Client Advisors, Account Service Teams, insurance carriers, wholesalers, and specialized risk resources.
- Use carrier systems and comparative rating tools to support quoting and proposal development while maintaining licensing compliance.
Requirements
- 3β5 years of relevant insurance experience, with emphasis on middle- to large-market placements.
- Experience with a broker or agent marketing large middle-market accounts to carriers and strong knowledge of insurance markets and basic applicable coverages.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word, and experience creating proposal presentation documents.
- Strong communication, presentation, organizational, prioritization, adaptability, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Must currently hold an applicable insurance license and comply with continuing education requirements.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with minimal supervision.

- College degree.
- Professional designation such as CRM, CISR, CIC, AAI, ARM, or CPCU.
