Booking Analyst Team Lead

Location: Chicago, IL; hybrid work arrangement with 2–3 days per week on-site at 70 W Madison St, Fl 9.

Salary: $85,000–$88,000 per year, based on experience, qualifications, and location. Eligibility for incentive compensation may apply.

What you will do

• Lead loan operations activities for closing, analyzing, booking, and servicing small to mid-size commercial and consumer loans.
• Review and interpret loan documents, including notes and credit agreements, for new, renewed, and modified loans.
• Set up customer, facility, commitment, and loan information accurately in the loan system.
• Maintain loan system data, including quality-control corrections, rate changes, payment instructions, and regulatory codes.
• Research and respond to internal and client-related loan inquiries.
• Support departmental projects and initiatives.

Requirements

• Experience or capability in loan operations, business operations, policy interpretation, and operations management.
• Strong critical thinking, attention to detail, organization, prioritization, and data analysis skills.
• Ability to interpret loan documents and communicate detailed information effectively.
• Collaborative, client-focused, goal-oriented, curious, and accountable approach.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States at the specified location; a valid work or study permit is required where applicable.
• Ability to work on-site in Chicago 2–3 days per week as part of the hybrid arrangement.
