Propulsion Integration & Test Engineer II, First Shift

Location: Long Beach, California, United States. First shift: 6:00 AM–3:00 PM.

Salary: $109,000–$163,000 USD annually.

What you will do

• Own Aeon R integrated assembly from design release through integration and shipment.
• Develop build processes, specifications, tooling, and work-center capabilities to improve production rate and reduce build issues.
• Support production by resolving build issues, implementing technician feedback, updating bills of materials, and completing build checkouts.
• Author test procedures and conduct tests to verify installed hardware health and build integrity.
• Collaborate across sites, vendors, and engineering teams to support reliable, timely part production.
• Help develop and pilot ERP, MES, and QMS tools for high-quality vehicle manufacturing.

Requirements

• Engineering degree or related technical degree with 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to write detailed work instructions and process plans.
• Ability to investigate, resolve, and screen hardware non-conformances.
• Ability to work with and train technicians.
• Familiarity with additive manufacturing, subtractive manufacturing, and precision inspection techniques.
