What you will do
- Manage and coach an internal team of 8 agents.
- Assess risk and potential fraud for new and existing customers at different stages.
- Verify the authenticity of KYC documents and customer registrations.
- Evaluate and escalate cases to relevant departments.
- Improve workflows and procedures, including tools that support team performance.
- Build reports, sample team performance, and plan headcount allocation.
Requirements
- Partially completed or completed technical or university studies in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in a leadership position.
- Experience or interest in mobile products, consumer electronics, or financial products.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel and mandatory intermediate Microsoft Office knowledge.
- Strong communication, analytical, critical-thinking, people, and organizational skills.
- Ability to review KYC documents, analyze fraud vectors, make data-driven decisions, and work accurately across teams and countries.
