Financial Analyst (SaaS): Supporting monthly revenue and commission close, reconciliations, invoicing, taxation, and accounts payable and receivable for a customer engagement SaaS platform with an accent on financial accuracy, compliance, and cash-flow consistency. Focus on investigating discrepancies, validating bank and account balances, coordinating payment schedules, and improving financial policies and processes.
Location: Sao Paulo, Brazil; hybrid work with office attendance three times a week

One is a woman-founded B2B SaaS product company that uses AI, customer data, personalization, and journey orchestration to help marketing and customer engagement teams reach customers across multiple channels.
What you will do
- Support monthly revenue and commission close procedures by preparing journal entries, performing reconciliations, and ensuring compliance.
- Collaborate with internal departments to collect transaction information, investigate reconciling items, and resolve discrepancies.
- Reconcile and manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank balances, and outstanding payments.
- Oversee invoicing through municipal platforms and NetSuite, including revenue-based tax calculations and tax types.
- Coordinate payment schedules, support collections, issue formal protests for overdue invoices, and maintain consistent cash flow.
- Develop and implement financial policies to improve team efficiency when needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Management, or a related field, completed or in progress.
- Up to 2 years of experience in a similar role, or recent graduate status with strong motivation to learn.
- Understanding of invoicing, taxation, accounting software, and revenue-based tax calculations.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets skills.
- Advanced English proficiency required.
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, proactive, self-directed, and able to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

- Familiarity with SaaS companies.
- Spanish proficiency.
