Lead Employee Communications and Digital Experience (AI)

Salary: $105,000–$189,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead the strategy and evolution of the intranet and digital employee experience in partnership with HR and IT.
• Define information architecture, content standards and governance, and oversee content management across internal channels.
• Develop employee communications for total rewards, benefits and wellness, talent management, learning and other enterprise people initiatives.
• Partner with the CFO and senior leaders on communications about business performance, strategy and priorities, including talking points, presentations, scripts and written updates.
• Lead site communications for Austin and align local priorities with broader company messaging.
• Build scalable communication tools, templates and workflows, applying AI-enabled solutions for content creation, editing, summarization and personalization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, public relations or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in employee, internal or enterprise communications within complex organizations.
• Experience partnering with HR on employee communications, including total rewards or talent-related topics.
• Strong writing, editing and editorial judgment, with the ability to simplify complex topics for broad audiences.
• Experience supporting senior leaders with executive communications.
• Experience with intranets or digital employee platforms, including content management and governance, plus familiarity with AI-enabled communications tools.
