Sr Engineer Equipment Engineering (Semiconductor Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Support production ramps through process qualification, productivity improvement, and tool release.
• Create, analyze, and review technical charts and data using SPC, DOE, split lots, Space, Si-view, JMP, and Klarity.
• Perform process matching between equipment to reduce variation and improve tool matching.
• Identify chronic equipment and process issues and establish improvement programs and procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address yield improvement, excursions, and best practices across fabs.
• Drive continuous improvement plans to improve performance indices and optimize productivity while meeting environmental, health, safety, and security requirements.

Requirements

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Electrical/Electronic, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in equipment engineering and maintenance.
• Hands-on experience with equipment troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, equipment controls, and OEE improvement methods.
• Strong knowledge and experience in parts repair.
• Ability to collaborate on cross-functional projects and assignments.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with AMAT Etcher, Omega, P5K, or TEL equipment.
