Sr Engineer Equipment Engineering (Semiconductor)

What you will do

• Support production ramp through process qualification, productivity improvement, and tool release.
• Create, analyze, and review technical charts and data using SPC, DOE, split lot, Space, Si-view, JMP, and Klarity.
• Perform process matching between equipment to reduce variation and improve tool matching.
• Identify chronic issues and establish improvement programs and procedures for resolution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on yield improvement, excursions, and best practices across fabs.
• Drive continuous improvement plans to improve performance indices and optimize productivity while supporting Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements.

Requirements

• Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Materials Science Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or an equivalent qualification.
• At least 5 years of experience in Equipment Engineering and Maintenance.
• Hands-on experience in equipment troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, equipment control engineering methods, and OEE improvement.
• Strong knowledge and experience in parts repair.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with AMAT Etcher, Omega, P5K, or TEL equipment.
