(Sr.) Tape Out Engineer (Semiconductor)

What you will do

• Coordinate and execute tape-out processes for semiconductor products, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of design data to manufacturing.
• Review databases and documentation to verify design integrity and resolve discrepancies or errors.
• Collaborate with design, technologists, program managers, and process engineering teams to resolve technical issues and improve manufacturability.
• Ensure all deliverables conform to foundry requirements.
• Maintain detailed records of tape-out procedures, revisions, and outcomes for process improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with physical design tools such as Cadence or Synopsys and semiconductor manufacturing workflows.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and willingness to work flexible hours to support critical tape-outs.
• Effective English communication for collaboration across technical teams.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
