Location: On-site full-time in Mississauga, Ontario, Monday through Friday

Salary: CAD 50,840–59,350 annual base salary, plus participation in an annual discretionary incentive or bonus program

What you will do

• Work closely with Investment Advisors to manage high-net-worth client portfolios and support new business development.
• Engage directly with clients, anticipate their needs, and provide responsive support.
• Identify opportunities to improve the client experience and deepen client relationships.
• Assist with investment plans based on client profiles, goals, and risk/reward tolerance.
• Attend local events and participate in marketing and outreach activities to grow the professional network.

Requirements

• Current accreditation and good standing as a Registered Representative with CIRO Investment Dealer.
• Experience in the financial services and/or brokerage industry.
• Working knowledge of various quotation equipment.
• Client-focused communication, relationship-building, and business development skills.
• Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, analytical thinking, and collaborative working skills.
• Legal eligibility to work in Canada at the specified location; a valid work or study permit may be required.
