Location: Chemainus, British Columbia, Canada; on-site full-time

What you will do

• Meet with clients to understand their personal and business priorities and provide tailored financial guidance.
• Recommend solutions involving cash management, credit, investments, and wealth protection.
• Build and deepen client relationships through outreach, marketing, and community engagement.
• Connect clients with relevant banking specialists, products, and opportunities.
• Introduce clients to mobile banking applications and support their digital banking needs.
• Work flexible banking centre hours, including evenings and weekends, and support multiple nearby banking centres when required.

Requirements

• Current Mutual Funds License accreditation in good standing, through the Canadian Securities Course or Investment Funds In Canada.
• At least one year of experience working with clients and achieving sales results.
• Legal eligibility to work in Canada at the specified location; a valid work or study permit may be required.
• Client-focused approach, goal orientation, critical thinking, attention to detail, and strong relationship-building skills.
• Digital literacy and the ability to explain financial technology to clients.
• Commitment to trust, teamwork, accountability, and continuous learning.

Nice to have

• Prior banking experience in a similar capacity.
