Location: Calgary, AB, Canada; on-site full-time Monday through Friday

What you will do

• Work closely with Investment Advisors to manage client portfolios and support business development.
• Engage directly with high-net-worth clients, provide support, and improve the client experience.
• Identify business opportunities and assist with investment plans based on client profiles, goals, and risk/reward tolerance.
• Build client relationships through personalized communication and proactive follow-up.
• Participate in local events, marketing, and outreach activities to expand the professional network.

Requirements

• Current Investment Representative (IR) accreditation in good standing with CIRO Investment Dealer is required.
• Financial services or brokerage industry experience and working knowledge of quotation equipment.
• Strong client engagement, business development, relationship-building, analytical thinking, and communication skills.
• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada at the specified location and hold a valid work or study permit where applicable.

Nice to have

• Registered Representative (RR) license.
