People Operations Specialist (Based in Helsinki, Finland or Stockholm, Sweden)

Location: Based in Helsinki, Finland or Stockholm, Sweden; supporting the Nordics region.

What you will do

• Support the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding through offboarding.
• Advise team leads and employees on time off, benefits, compensation, and other people-related topics.
• Prepare payroll inputs in cooperation with the external payroll vendor.
• Maintain Workday records and manage employee data quality.
• Write and maintain people policies, team lead guides, and training sessions.
• Handle employee escalation cases with support from senior colleagues.

Requirements

• Solid People Operations experience across the Nordic countries, especially Finland and Sweden; experience with Norway and Denmark is preferred.
• Experience working with HR systems, people policies, compensation, and benefits.
• Hands-on experience with the payroll cycle.
• Strong understanding of core people processes, organization, problem-solving, communication, networking, and initiative.
• Full working fluency in English.
