People Operations Specialist

What you will do

• Execute and continuously improve People Operations processes across the employee lifecycle.
• Administer onboarding, offboarding, employee changes, promotions, transfers, leave processes, and organisational updates.
• Prepare employee documentation and maintain accurate employee records and People data.
• Build and maintain scalable operating procedures, playbooks, and process documentation.
• Coordinate People Operations activities across stakeholders, countries, and time zones while supporting international expansion, acquisitions, and organisational changes.
• Identify inefficiencies, improve workflows with People Tech, and help establish operational metrics and service-quality standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in People Operations, HR Operations, or HR Administration in a fast-growing company.
• Strong administrative, organisational, prioritisation, and employee lifecycle management skills.
• Experience using HR systems as a power user.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage high volumes of activities and multiple deadlines.
• Continuous improvement mindset with strong written documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently with a high degree of ownership and accountability.

Nice to have

• Experience building agents or agentic workflows as part of People processes.
