Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (Primary Care)

What you will do

• Provide relationship-based family and primary care at the top of the applicable license.
• Deliver prevention, wellness, health education, chronic disease management, and urgent visits.
• Build trusted, lasting relationships with patients and clients.
• Practice autonomously while using clinical resources such as UpToDate and RubiconMD.
• Collaborate through provider meetings, journal clubs, and grand rounds.
• Focus on health outcomes rather than patient volume and fee-for-service billing.

Requirements

• For Nurse Practitioners: active license and current ANCC or AANP board certification.
• For Physician Assistants: active license and current NCCPA board certification.
• Independent practice provider status is preferred where permitted by state regulations.
• CPR/BLS certification is required by the start date.
• Independent family practice experience in wellness care, chronic care management, and urgent visits is preferred.
• Federal DEA registration is preferred and may be required for full prescribing ability.
