Product Manager (Fintech)

What you will do

• Own a product area end to end, from discovery and roadmap development through launch and performance management.
• Build and scale B2B payment products across APIs, dashboards, portals, reports, partner integrations, and payment flows.
• Act as Product Owner within the squad and drive delivery with engineering and design teams.
• Research customer and partner needs, conduct requirements gathering and user testing, and develop solutions that improve efficiency and accelerate time to payment.
• Track product performance, cost base, KPIs, and commercial outcomes while contributing to pricing strategy.
• Coordinate with sales, marketing, operations, risk, compliance, and data teams to ensure effective launches.

Requirements

• Experience as a Product Manager with a track record of shipping valuable features and scaling commercial performance.
• Experience with SaaS or API-first B2B product development, including technical product design, API ecosystems, and UX.
• Ability to work across customer engagements, product development, and product strategy.
• Experience working in regulated environments while balancing delivery speed with operational, security, and compliance requirements.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills with C-level customers, partners, and suppliers.
• High autonomy, strong attention to detail, analytical ability, and experience using AI tools in daily work.
