What you will do

• Develop and evolve 5G Core Session Management Function software used in commercial networks.
• Contribute to development or testing, design discussions, defect analysis, and technical decisions.
• Support feature, release, and technical improvement planning.
• Collaborate with architects, system engineers, DevOps teams, and stakeholders.
• Coordinate engineering activities, balance priorities and dependencies, and support delivery commitments.
• Support onboarding, knowledge sharing, mentoring, and the gradual transition to people-management responsibilities.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a software developer or test engineer.
• Strong motivation to grow into coordination, leadership, or management responsibilities.
• Interest in planning, organization, and working with people.
• Solid communication skills in an international, multicultural environment.
• Curiosity about applying AI-assisted tools in engineering, testing, and delivery.

Nice to have

• Experience in telecommunications, distributed systems, or network software.
• Experience with containers, Kubernetes, or cloud-native architectures.
• Involvement in project engineering or project management activities.
• Familiarity with requirements management in complex systems.
