Python Software Engineer (AI Security Platform)

Location: Hybrid in Bratislava, Brno, or Prague

Salary: From €2,900 gross per month, with a performance bonus of up to 10% of the basic salary for the evaluation period.

What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain distributed backend services and processing pipelines in Python.
• Develop asynchronous, event-driven systems and message-based integrations.
• Build automated threat detection pipelines, high-volume data processing systems, or detection engine integrations.
• Develop multi-agent AI systems, LLM-powered assistants, agent orchestration, and evaluation infrastructure.
• Contribute to SOAR microservices, incident-handling workflows, and AI-powered security operations capabilities.
• Own services across design, deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance while collaborating with engineers, security researchers, and security operators.

Requirements

• Strong software development experience with Python.
• Experience designing and developing backend services or distributed systems.
• Understanding of asynchronous programming and distributed task processing.
• Experience working with APIs, service integrations, relational databases, and SQL.
• Ability to write maintainable, testable, and production-ready code.
• Familiarity with modern software development workflows.

Nice to have

• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka, Celery, or similar messaging and task-queue technologies.
• Experience with AWS or Azure cloud platforms.
• Knowledge of multi-agent systems, LLM-based tooling, or prompt engineering.
• Previous experience in cybersecurity, threat detection, or high-volume data processing.
