Personal Lines High Net Worth Placement Specialist

Salary: $80,000–$110,000 gross annually

What you will do

• Manage timelines and processes for new business and renewal insurance accounts.
• Conduct exposure and coverage analysis, review policies, and recommend improvements.
• Prepare property and casualty insurance submissions, applications, loss summaries, exposure schedules, and proposal materials.
• Analyze Excel-based exposure and loss data and develop financial models for loss-sensitive programs when needed.
• Negotiate coverage terms, prepare and present proposals, and deliver strategic recommendations tailored to client risk profiles.
• Collaborate with Client Advisors, Account Service Teams, insurance carriers, wholesalers, and Risk Resources.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of relevant insurance marketing experience with personal lines high-net-worth placements.
• Experience working for an insurance broker or agency and marketing accounts to carriers.
• Strong knowledge of commercial insurance coverages and insurance markets.
• Active Property & Casualty insurance license required.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word; experience with Epic or another agency management system is preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, organizational, analytical, customer service, and document-accuracy skills.

• College degree.
• Progress toward or attainment of CRM, CISR, CIC, AAI, ARM, or CPCU designations.
