Warehouse Supervisor

Location: Tamworth, NSW 2340, Australia. Full-time, Monday to Friday, with operational hours from 7:00am to 5:00pm.

What you will do

• Lead warehouse and yard operations, ensuring products are received, stored, and dispatched safely and efficiently.
• Coordinate dispatch, scheduling, customer commitments, and delivery requirements.
• Manage stock, assets, operational resources, performance indicators, and cost efficiency.
• Build a strong safety culture and maintain compliance with workplace health, safety, and environmental requirements.
• Monitor performance and identify opportunities to improve productivity and operational outcomes.
• Support, coach, and develop team members while working with customers, contractors, and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Experience leading people in a warehouse, logistics, transport, distribution, or similar operational environment.
• Experience managing busy operations with competing priorities and time pressures.
• Experience overseeing dispatch, scheduling, stock, assets, and customer commitments.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to monitor and improve KPIs, productivity, and operational outcomes.
• Commitment to safe work practices and workplace safety.
