Manager, Procurement

Location: hirify.global HQ, North Sydney, Australia; onsite role. Some travel may be required, up to 25%.

What you will do

• Manage procurement for CAPEX categories within Australia.
• Lead end-to-end tenders across multiple countries, from supplier onboarding and RFx initiation through evaluations, negotiations, recommendations, and contract award.
• Develop procurement plans that meet customer requirements and deliver business value.
• Drive efficiencies through competitive bidding, negotiation, and strategic procurement initiatives.
• Collaborate with Category Managers and Supply Chain to improve procurement tools, materials management systems, logistics processes, and the procurement lifecycle.
• Support the Supplier Relationship Management program through supplier KPI scoring, business reviews, and follow-up actions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Contract or Cost Management, or Business Administration.
• 5+ years of relevant procurement, contract negotiation, and bidding experience.
• 3+ years managing CAPEX categories, preferably in the data centre sector.
• Ability to prioritize work and manage complex projects with technical and non-technical stakeholders across multiple functions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office.
