Staff Enterprise AI Engineer (AI Automation)

Salary: $181,374–$215,015.20 base salary per year

What you will do

• Design and implement enterprise AI systems using Workato, MCP frameworks, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and Claude.
• Build and orchestrate AI agents that automate workflows across IT, Security, Finance, HR, Legal, Technology, and go-to-market functions.
• Develop reusable patterns for agent orchestration, memory, context handling, and human-in-the-loop controls.
• Connect SaaS platforms, data systems, and internal services into integrated AI-powered workflows that reduce operational toil.
• Build scalable internal AI capabilities, including templates, SDKs, connectors, and playbooks.
• Partner with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to define high-value AI opportunities and operationalize solutions.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in enterprise engineering, automation, or IT systems.
• Hands-on experience building integrations and workflows with Workato or similar platforms.
• Experience with LLM-based systems, prompt design, agent orchestration, and tool usage.
• Strong understanding of SaaS ecosystems and API-driven architectures.
• Experience implementing security and compliance controls in cloud-native environments; AWS experience is preferred.
• Ability to work at both deep technical and strategic levels.

Nice to have

• Experience with MCP or similar model context and agent frameworks.
• Microsoft 365 Copilot extensibility and Graph API experience.
• Experience with Claude or other enterprise LLM platforms.
• Exposure to AI governance and responsible AI practices.
• Experience scaling internal platforms in a high-growth SaaS company.
