Salary: $127,500–$228,400 annual compensation range

What you will do
- Rotate across teams to map end-to-end workflows, identify where decisions stall, and define prioritized AI opportunities.
- Design, build, and ship reusable Claude skills, agents, and automations that teams actually adopt.
- Establish and grow an AI champion network so workflows are maintained and extended after you move on.
- Codify successful solutions into reusable patterns, templates, and playbooks to shorten time-to-stand-up for new teams.
- Partner with Security & Compliance and AI Technical Approach to keep workflows data-safe, compliant, and human-in-the-loop.
- Measure and report adoption, time saved, and workflow outcomes; scale what works and retire what doesn’t.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience spotting workflow breakdowns across departments and partnering with engineering to ship automations, AI workflows, and internal tools that teams adopt.
- Strong workflow and process design instincts; ability to redesign operating models after observing real work.
- Ability to build trust across diverse teams and bring skeptical stakeholders along.
- Bias toward reusable systems and patterns over one-off heroics.
- Comfort operating in ambiguity in a fast-moving, post-acquisition environment.

Nice to have
- Experience building enablement, center-of-excellence, or champion-network models.
- Familiarity with AI governance concepts (data classification, human-in-the-loop, security review).
- Exposure to AI-native operating models in high-performing software organizations.
- Background in R&D, product, or engineering operations.
