Senior Consultant, Regulatory Compliance Management (Regulatory Compliance)

Location: Toronto, ON; hybrid work arrangement with 1–3 days per week on-site

What you will do

• Lead the creation, maintenance, and assessment of regulatory Group Topics within the Regulatory Compliance Management framework.
• Identify and develop mitigations, including controls, policies, and procedures, to manage regulatory risk.
• Provide compliance advice and support the development of policies, procedures, communications, templates, training materials, and job aids.
• Research regulatory best practices and analyze compliance management libraries to identify opportunities to strengthen oversight.
• Develop and enhance compliance reports and lead regulatory inquiries, investigations, and reviews.

Requirements

• Experience writing reports and briefing documents for senior management.
• Ability to investigate complex problems, interpret detailed information, and communicate insights effectively.
• Strong critical thinking, attention to detail, ownership, and ability to lead initiatives.
• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada and hold a valid work or study permit where applicable.
• Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement with 1–3 days per week on-site in Toronto.

Nice to have

• Experience with data insights, management analytics, or business intelligence tools.
• Background in compliance, risk management, audit, or governance within the financial services industry.
