Director of Digital Acquisition (Fintech)

Location: San Francisco, CA, USA. Hybrid schedule with four days per week in the office and Fridays from home for employees near an office.

Salary: $196,000–$270,000 annual base salary, plus bonus, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Own performance across paid social, paid search, affiliate, YouTube, mobile and app networks, and emerging acquisition channels.
• Set portfolio-level investment and prioritization decisions across channels, talent, technology, and vendors.
• Lead and develop experienced channel managers as a hands-on player-coach.
• Build new acquisition channels, partnerships, and technology-enabled growth initiatives.
• Identify new capabilities across platforms, agencies, AI and martech vendors, and startups.
• Partner with Media Planning/MMM, Growth Product Marketing, Analytics, Risk, and Finance while representing Digital Acquisition in senior leadership forums.

Requirements

• Experience leading a multi-channel digital acquisition or growth organization with significant business accountability.
• Demonstrated ownership of growth, efficiency, and business outcomes.
• Experience managing a significant media portfolio and prioritizing across channels, technology, and vendors.
• Strategic range combined with hands-on credibility in a player-coach leadership role.
• Experience building or scaling teams and developing future leaders.
• Comfort working in a fast-moving, cross-functional, senior-executive-visible environment.
