hirify.globalss="what-you-will-do">What you will do

• Develop organization-wide analytics strategies, KPIs, scorecards, measurement frameworks, and reporting standards.
• Analyze operational, financial, customer, service, and project data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and root causes.
• Create executive dashboards and tailored reporting solutions, and present insights and recommendations to leadership.
• Develop predictive and forward-looking performance indicators for business initiatives and capabilities.
• Improve data integrity, reporting consistency, governance standards, and the scalability of reporting methodologies.
• Lead cross-functional analytical initiatives, collaborate with stakeholders, mentor analysts, and promote data-driven decision-making.

hirify.globalss="requirements">Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; relevant experience, education, and training may be accepted in lieu of a degree.
• 4+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, reporting, or performance measurement.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience partnering with business leaders and stakeholders to support decisions through data.
• Experience with one or more of Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Databricks, ServiceNow, Advanced Excel, or business intelligence and reporting platforms.

• Education in data analytics, data science, information systems, statistics, finance, or a related field.
• Experience supporting operational, business, financial, technology, or service organizations.
• Knowledge of KPI development and performance measurement practices.
