Location: Remote nationwide within the United States; occasional travel to offices for training or meetings may be required.
Salary: $126,300β$173,700 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus incentive plan.

What you will do
- Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for medical prior authorization and electronic prior authorization capabilities.
- Identify opportunities to simplify authorization workflows, improve provider and member experiences, and increase operational efficiency.
- Translate clinical, operational, regulatory, and business requirements into product solutions, user journeys, success metrics, and delivery plans.
- Lead cross-functional execution with Clinical, Utilization Management, Operations, Technology, Compliance, Provider, Product Owner, Engineering, and delivery teams.
- Build relationships with EMR/EHR vendors, interoperability partners, industry organizations, and external stakeholders.
- Track CMS regulations, interoperability requirements, product performance, adoption, compliance, and business outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of experience in Product Management, Healthcare Technology, Clinical Operations, Utilization Management, or a related field.
- Expertise in medical prior authorization and/or electronic prior authorization workflows.
- Strong understanding of healthcare payer operations, utilization management, and clinical review processes.
- Experience interpreting and implementing CMS regulations, interoperability requirements, and regulatory-driven product capabilities.
- Experience developing product strategies and roadmaps, leading complex cross-functional initiatives, managing stakeholders, and delivering measurable outcomes.
Nice to have
- Experience with prior authorization modernization, automation, or digital transformation.
- Knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards and technologies, including FHIR, APIs, and HL7.
- Experience with CMS interoperability initiatives, provider workflow integration, clearinghouses, or interoperability vendors.
- Experience driving organizational change and adoption of healthcare technology solutions.
- MBA, MHA, RN, PharmD, or another relevant advanced degree.
