Lead Product Manager - Provider Direct Connect (Healthcare Integration)

Location: Remote nationwide within the United States; occasional travel to hirify.global offices for training or meetings may be required.

Salary: $126,300–$173,700 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus incentive plan.

What you will do

• Define the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and delivery plans for Provider Direct Connect capabilities.
• Develop scalable, standardized integration solutions that improve provider engagement and simplify information exchange.
• Partner with provider organizations, vendors, technology, architecture, operations, implementation, and customer success stakeholders.
• Translate customer and business needs into product requirements, priorities, and investment decisions.
• Establish success metrics and use data-driven insights to evaluate performance and guide product decisions.
• Communicate priorities, outcomes, risks, and business value to senior leadership while driving continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of experience in product management, healthcare technology, provider solutions, integration management, digital products, or a related field.
• Experience developing product strategy, vision, roadmaps, and products from concept through delivery.
• Experience leading large cross-functional initiatives and managing complex stakeholder relationships in matrixed organizations.
• Experience with integration-based products, platforms, APIs, or digital connectivity solutions.
• Strong communication, presentation, organizational, prioritization, and customer-focused skills.

Nice to have

• Experience working with provider organizations, health systems, physician groups, or provider-facing technology.
• Experience with provider integrations, connectivity platforms, interoperability solutions, APIs, or data exchange.
• Knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards and transactions including FHIR, HL7, and X12.
• Experience with healthcare payer operations, provider engagement, or digital health ecosystems.
• MBA, MHA, or another relevant advanced degree.
