Data Center Supply Planning Lead (AI Infrastructure)

Location: Remote-friendly within the United States; staff are expected to work from one of the offices at least 25% of the time.

Annual salary: $320,000–$405,000 USD

What you will do

• Build integrated data center supply forecasts covering committed and pipeline capacity by site, design, accelerator type, and delivery tranche.
• Support portfolio reviews by clarifying supply status, required decisions, and downstream impacts.
• Coordinate hall readiness, installation plans, chip supply, delivery, and demand planning with cross-functional teams.
• Build delivery scenarios and solvers to assess changes and recommend ways to close capacity gaps.
• Plan strategic inventory of long-lead resources and define allocation principles.
• Shape delivery-tracking processes and help build the planning system of record with the internal tooling team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training, and experience in a relevant field.
• Experience leading supply or capacity planning, portfolio management, or planning for data centers, power, or comparable capital-intensive infrastructure.
• Experience architecting planning processes, improving delivery or deployment processes at scale, and driving operating cadence.
• Knowledge of the full data center lifecycle, including acquisition, design, sourcing, construction, commissioning, and deployment.
• Experience building planning models or tools for automation and influencing cross-functional partners to drive outcomes.
• Ability to work within the United States and attend an office at least 25% of the time.

Nice to have

• Capacity planning, S&OP, or deployment planning experience at a hyperscaler or large industrial operator.
• Supply chain, operations research, or optimization experience in allocation, scheduling, or design.
• Experience defining requirements for and launching an internal planning system of record.
• Experience publishing detailed forecasts used by external partners.
