What you will do

• Manage day-to-day marketing communication and execution for US key accounts.
• Support account-specific marketing plans aligned with seasonal priorities, launches, growth opportunities, and wholesale goals.
• Coordinate integrated campaigns with Sales, Visual Merchandising, Brand Marketing, Creative, Digital, and Wholesale Marketing teams.
• Manage marketing initiatives from timelines and creative briefs through asset delivery, activations, reporting, and post-campaign recaps.
• Distribute approved seasonal creative, campaign assets, product imagery, and brand materials to major, key, and international accounts.
• Support Corporate, Resort, and international channels, partner activations, marketing calendars, promotions, co-op programs, and performance reporting.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in wholesale, retail, brand, account marketing, or a related field.
• Experience supporting wholesale, retail, sporting goods, department store, corporate, resort, or key account marketing programs.
• Strong project management, organizational, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Experience coordinating marketing assets, DAM systems, creative briefs, retail activations, digital placements, or wholesale campaign execution.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines, account communications, asset distribution, and execution follow-through.
• Ability to work onsite in Carlsbad, California, USA.
