What you will do

• Lead integrated retail, wholesale, and franchise marketing strategies to drive brand growth, revenue, and market share.
• Build relationships with wholesale and franchise partners to strengthen brand presence and support global expansion.
• Develop account-specific marketing plans, promotions, product launches, and digital messaging with commercial teams.
• Oversee physical and digital retail marketing activities, including store openings, regional expansion, and activations.
• Build and mentor a high-performing team while collaborating with commercial, creative, and brand teams.
• Manage budgets, external agencies, vendors, and strategic partners.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in retail, experiential, or wholesale marketing, preferably in fashion, lifestyle, or consumer brands.
• Experience leading retail and wholesale marketing strategy and execution.
• Strong leadership, communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing budgets, agencies, and cross-functional teams.
• Strategic thinking with the ability to execute in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed for partner meetings, store openings, and physical activations.
