Specialist, Field Marketing

Location: Orlando, United States. The position requires authorization to work in the United States and a valid US driver's license; travel is 30–40%.

Base salary: $60,000–$80,000 per year plus cash incentives.

What you will do

• Manage consumer-collecting programs that drive product trial and expand the consumer base on and off campus.
• Lead, coach, and develop Student Marketeers, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and Team Leader programs.
• Create and support local events, sports and culture activations, sampling initiatives, and university programs.
• Build networks with local communities, creators, opinion leaders, and relevant consumer scenes.
• Develop and execute locally relevant marketing ideas using digital, social, and technology-driven trends.
• Manage program tools, logistics, product stock, branded assets, and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of marketing experience.
• Experience leading teams and managing people.
• Strategic thinking, initiative, ownership, creativity, and strong attention to detail.
• Communication, networking, presentation, training, analytical, planning, budgetary, and project management skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Fluent English, valid US driver's license, and current authorization to work in the United States are required.
