Manager, Technical Training (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Lead customer, partner, and internal technical training processes.
• Manage instructors who develop self-paced and instructor-led training content.
• Collaborate with product management, support, and engineering to keep training content current.
• Oversee content for security conferences, product demonstrations, and customer education.
• Design training plans aligned with customer objectives and optimize product setup for faster success.
• Use customer feedback to improve training, product adoption, retention, and customer relationships.

Requirements

• 4–5 years of experience leading teams in customer technical training, enablement, customer service and support, customer success, or a similar area.
• Technical background in cybersecurity, networking, or related technology, with experience working on a technical team.
• Practical experience with the hirify.global platform as a practitioner, technical seller, sales engineer, or subject matter expert.
• Hands-on understanding of continuous threat exposure management, asset management, patching, vulnerability and risk management, policy compliance, configuration management, cloud and application security, or threat detection.
• Experience designing learning plans, developing content, engaging enterprise customers, and managing projects.
• Working knowledge of AWS, GCP, and Azure, along with strong written, verbal, presentation, analytical, interpersonal, and emotional-intelligence skills.
