What you will do

• Develop technical learning strategies and structured blended curricula for operations teams.
• Assess technical skills, identify capability gaps, define learning outcomes, and align training with business goals.
• Deliver instructor-led, virtual, and e-learning programs tailored to technical and operational needs.
• Maintain LMS records, create learning activities, review training materials, and select effective delivery methods.
• Evaluate training effectiveness using data, feedback, and KPIs while maintaining skills and competency matrices.
• Partner with educational institutions, support internships and outreach events, and contribute to leadership development and talent initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the front-end semiconductor industry.
• Experience designing and implementing effective learning solutions.
• Confidence delivering and facilitating stand-up training.
• Strong organizational, communication, collaboration, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work independently with attention to detail, quality, and accuracy.

Nice to have

• Experience in Learning and Organizational Development.
• ACLP certification.
