Mobile Financial Services Representative (Financial Services)

Location: On-site full-time at Costco warehouses in Kirkland-Saint-Charles & Hymus, Kirkland, Quebec, Canada. Requires rotational shifts Monday to Sunday from 9:00 AM to 8:30 PM, including weekends and some statutory holidays. Commuting between nearby Costco warehouses is required.

What you will do

• Engage Costco members to understand immediate financial needs and identify opportunities to support longer-term goals.
• Sell chequing and savings accounts and provide high-level information about mortgages, Investor’s Edge, and registered products.
• Refer clients to Banking Centre colleagues for non-deposit account advice and servicing.
• Deliver consistent client service and achieve sales performance targets.
• Process transactions, maintain documentation, update sales records, and protect client confidentiality.
• Promote and demonstrate mobile and online banking options.

Requirements

• Experience in a fast-paced sales and service environment, preferably in financial or client services.
• Strong interpersonal and conversational skills for proactive client engagement.
• Comfort working entrepreneurially in a self-managed environment.
• Ability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and some statutory holidays.
• Must be legally eligible to work at the specified location and hold a valid work or study permit where applicable.
• French proficiency testing may be included in the recruitment process.
