Senior Software Engineer (Java)

What you will do

• Research, prototype, and develop solutions that improve the technology platform.
• Design and implement distributed, scalable, high-performance microservice applications.
• Develop cloud-native solutions across public cloud providers such as AWS, Azure, GCP, and OCI.
• Build high-quality software using scalable architecture and design principles.
• Write unit and integration tests, document designs, and provide technical solutions.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience developing Java applications with Spring Boot and microservices.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, programming, and software design skills.
• Understanding of relational and NoSQL databases, preferably Cassandra and Elasticsearch.
• Professional experience with Elasticsearch indexing and Redis or Memcached caching technologies.
• Good understanding of data structures, algorithms, application design, and microservice-oriented architecture.
• Full-time availability for the Pune-based position.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, GCP, or OCI.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science.
• Experience with Jenkins and Kubernetes.
• Experience with stream processing technologies such as Apache Flink.
